BioNet^® Rocker Bioreactor

BioNet Rocker unit for use with Disposable Bioprocess Containers. The Rocker bag(s) are positioned on a BioNet Rocker Module platform that oscillates at a set-point controlled speed and angle to provide mixing and gas transfer within the bag.

This speed and oscillation is defined based upon a measured dissolved oxygen concentration or manually set. The temperature is controlled with two heaters or one temperature sensor located in the BioNet Rocker Module platform.

The BioNet Rocker Module can accommodate either a 50L bag or a 20L bag. The 20L base assembly can also accept either one or two 10L bags. As an option, the Rocker Module may be combined with a BioNet Pump Module and a BioNet Gas Module for optimal cell culture control.
