Modular Bioreactor System BioNet Rocker Bioreactor System Single Use Bioreactor System

The new Modular BioNet system was designed to completely clear the bench-top of control components allowing all control equipment to be mounted underneath or above the bench-top on a shelf. This space saving design frees up the entire benchtop to be used for more vessels or analytical instruments and significantly reduces the traditional wiring clutter associated with multi vessel installations.
This system design breaks the Bioreactor Control System into three smaller subcomponents:
1. Pump Module
2. Gas MFC Module
3. Dual Vessel Utility Module

BioNet® Rocker unit for use with Disposable Bioprocess Containers. The Rocker bag(s) are positioned on a BioNet® Rocker Module platform that oscillates at a set-point controlled speed and angle to provide mixing and gas transfer within the bag. This speed and oscillation is defined based upon a measured dissolved oxygen concentration or manually set. The temperature is controlled with two heaters or one temperature sensor located in the BioNet Rocker Module platform. The BioNet® Rocker Module can accommodate either a 50L bag or a 20L bag. The 20L base assembly can also accept either one or two 10L bags. As an option, the Rocker Module may be combined with a BioNet® Pump Module and a BioNet® Gas Module for optimal cell culture control.

The Thermo Scientific HyClone S.U.B. (Single-Use Bioreactor) with BioNet® control provides all the advantages of single-use bioprocessing with the power and flexibility of DeltaV™ control.

The BioNet S.U.B. System is a turnkey product to replace the long lead time stainless steel bioreactor vessels used previously. The combination of BioNet and HyClone products results in a flexible, rapid, and powerful option to quickly update or increase your bioreactor capacity.

The System consists of a reusable stainless steel outer support container and HyClone S.U.B. BioProcess Container (BPC) which integrate with the BioNet/DeltaV Bioreactor Control System.
